Committing the act of jumping on the head of a fellow human being who is lying down should be classified as attempted murder, regardless of intent or the actual consequences.
If a non-Swedish/non-Norse person commits such an assault against a Swedish/Norse person, the punishment should be the immediate and permanent deportation of that person and his family.
