Mass action in 15 countries - demonstration in Stockholm for Fuellmich

An international wave of protest is growing - and now reaching Stockholm. More than 13,000 people are demanding answers about the case of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, while criticism of the judicial process is growing. On Tuesday, protesters gather to put pressure on those in power and demand greater transparency.

On May 5, 2026, a coordinated international event will take place in over 15 countries - including Stockholm. The action coincides with the birthday of the German jurist Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and aims to highlight his ongoing legal proceedings.

Fuellmich was arrested in October 2023 after being brought from Mexico to Germany and has since been held in custody for an extended period. He has been charged with alleged embezzlement of funds raised, a charge he and his defense team deny. He has reportedly been held in harsh conditions, including periods of solitary confinement, and his trial has been criticized for a lack of transparency and limitations on the defence's ability to present evidence.

Handover at the embassy

The gathering will take place at 10.30 at Vallhallavägen/Gärdesvägen, followed by a joint walk to the German Embassy. There the handover will take place the petition 11.30 a.m.

The initiative is backed by organizers who are calling for an independent review of the legal process and for Fuellmich to be released pending the appeal.

– We want to draw attention to what we see as a lack of legal certainty and demand transparency in the process, say the organizers of the event.

International pressure is increasing

The petition, published via OpenPetition, has gathered over 13,000 signatures from several countries. The signatures will be documented and delivered simultaneously in several cities around the world.
