Russian President Vladimir Putin now says that the war in Ukraine is nearing its end. This statement comes as more and more signs point toward possible peace talks after several years of bloody fighting and enormous costs for both sides.
During a speech at the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow, he said Vladimir Putin that he believes the conflict in Ukraine is coming to an end.
