Just 90 minutes earlier, the party had delivered ballots to the polling place. When Nils Littorin went there, the \u00d6rebro Party\u2019s ballots were also missing from several voting booths. Now he\u2019s raising the question of whether this was election fraud or incompetence.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Already on the first day of early voting, reports are emerging of problems with ballots for smaller parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On Wednesday evening, the party leader of Malm\u00f6listan <strong>Nils Littorin<\/strong> alarm on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Nils_Littorin\/status\/2092654520106922062\">X<\/a><\/strong> after the party was contacted by a woman who tried to vote for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dElection fraud? Incompetence? We were contacted by a woman who wanted to vote for the Malm\u00f6 List. But the ballots were missing, even though we had delivered them 90 minutes earlier. When we went there, ballots for both the Malm\u00f6 List and the \u00d6rebro Party were missing from several voting booths.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-x wp-block-embed-x\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"sv\" dir=\"ltr\">Election fraud? According to Littorin, the Malm\u00f6 List\u2019s ballots had been delivered to the polling place just an hour and a half before the woman discovered they were missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The party then went to the location itself. There, they found that the problem existed in several voting booths and that the \u00d6rebro Party\u2019s ballots were also missing. The incident was documented in a video just over three minutes long, which was published along with the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I suspect it might be more than just carelessness<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Littorin does not state definitively what has happened, but his question is clear: Is this a matter of incompetence\u2014or were the ballots removed intentionally?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone has intentionally removed a party\u2019s ballots, this effectively makes it more difficult for voters to cast their ballots for the party of their choice. The incident is therefore particularly sensitive when ballots for two smaller parties are missing at the same time and shortly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reactions were also strong. <strong>Edward Nord\u00e9n<\/strong> Writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dIt\u2019s like that with every election. But only for certain parties. So it needs to be highlighted and reported. It\u2019s a damn shame. And no, I don\u2019t think it\u2019s a coincidence.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Malm\u00f6 List: Use a blank ballot<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not yet clear why the ballots disappeared or who might have taken them. However, the Malm\u00f6 List does not want the lack of pre-printed ballots to prevent anyone from voting for the party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Littorin is therefore issuing a direct appeal to voters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201dWrite the Malm\u00f6 List on a WHITE\/BLANK ballot if they\u2019re missing!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The question of what happened to the delivered ballots remains.
