Was the Red-Green meeting a fiasco? Andersson has doubts about the prime minister's post

The leaders of the red-green parties gathered and shared a photo showing them smiling. But despite all hopes, no progress seems to have been made. Now Magdalena Andersson is saying she does not believe she will win a potential vote for prime minister, while the threat of a snap election remains.

There seemed to be hope that the formation of a government would move forward when the leaders of the red-green parties gathered on Lidingö on Friday. Despite this, the government negotiations were not discussed at all.

The meeting lasted four hours; a photo was taken of the smiling party leaders, and it was later described as ”constructive.” Despite this, no progress was made on the issue of forming a government. The leader of the Center Party Elisabeth Thand Ringqvist said ...since it was solely about the ”challenges” Sweden faces, not about who should govern Sweden.

No one backed down from the red lines

The government formation talks have been dominated by the so-called ”red lines.” The Left Party is demanding ministerial posts in exchange for supporting a government, while the Center Party refuses to join a government that includes the Left Party. On Saturday, Thand Ringqvist confirmed to TV4 that the disagreements have not been resolved, despite Friday's joint meeting.

– That they're set in stone. There's no denying that., she said.

Andersson doubts he will win

On Monday, we're going to Magdalena Andersson report to the Speaker on whether she has succeeded in securing support for a government or needs more time. As early as Wednesday, she may face a vote of confidence in the Riksdag, but she herself considers her chances of victory next week to be slim.

– I consider that unlikely, Andersson told Göteborgs-Posten.

Special election still a threat

Thand Ringquist acknowledges at the same time that a special election is not out of the question, but believes a solution can be found without voters having to go to the polls again. Even the Left Party’s Nooshi Dadgostar is now placing the responsibility for the next step on Andersson, who has been tasked by the Speaker with conducting exploratory talks.

At the same time, it notes that SVT:'s political commentator Mats Knutson that the deadlock continues. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, Andersson risks being voted down in the Riksdag, which would further prolong the government crisis.

  1. The people in the photo represent evil. At the same time, it cannot be ruled out that their immoral agenda of hatred toward Sweden’s indigenous peoples (not the Sami) may be linked to limited intellectual capacity. Most likely, however, corruption and threats from the globalist powers—whose loyal lapdogs these human scum are and will do anything to remain—constitute the main reason for their heinous crimes.

    KNOW YOUR PLACE!

Anyone who betrays their own people is a disgrace to everything that is beautiful, sacred, and life-affirming. Such a person should have no say in society. Such a despicable being must be punished severely, fairly, and in accordance with the rule of law.

  2. Let MP Amanda ”the Turban” Lind become prime minister and Annika Hirvonen become minister of migration in a government made up entirely of Green Party members. Then society will go straight to hell in a hurry. Now they’re dragging out the agony for decades.
There are twice as many women serving as party leaders. Their thinking is dominated by maternal instincts rather than logic. It was a huge mistake to grant all women the right to vote. They and the immigrants caused the conservatives to lose the election.
